As communication about our Beef and Lamb food industry gathers momentum we as farmers will start to talk more about food and branded products.

Essentially as beef producers we need to be buying the genetics (bulls/semen) that will deliver known eating experiences that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations of what they desire from beef.
We as prime beef producers need to have our product differentiated from mainstream grinding beef.
